NOM Filter
Overview :
Designed for lathing and milling applications, for machines stamping and pressing steel plates, industrial washing machines, abrasive water jets etc. In all metal fabrication with oil mist troubles, these filters will fit into a ducting system, connected to each machine. All units are equipped with pressure gauge for control of filters as well as a indication for need of cleaning (self draining). Suitable for emulsions and neat oil.

OMF/OSF FILTER
Overview :
Nederman_OMF Oil mist collectors are designed to handle large amounts of emulsion mist during continuous operation. They are developed with focus on high efficient filtration together with low maintenance cost.
Nederman_Filtac OMF 1000-2 has as standard 2 filter-stages where the first stage consists of filter cassettes with Nederman_Filtac´s FibreDrain™ technology. Filtac_Nederman have a wide range of different types of filters to suit many different kind of applications. The second stage consists of a HEPA filter in filter class H13 with an efficiency of 99,95% for MPPS according to EN1822. All tower built Nederman_Filtac OMF filter units are prepared for use of pre filter.

FD Filter
Overview :
The FD filter with compressed air cleaning FD is fitted with stationary blowpipes and injection nozzles. Compressed air is supplied from compressed air containers with electromagnetic cleaning valves located outside the filter chambers.
Is a range of compact modular horizontal bag dust collectors particularly suitable for larger industrial plant, especially for handling fine particulate associated with hot gas applications.
The flat bag design minimizes the space required and the progressive off-line medium pressure air cleaning system is energy efficient.
