The new SUTO Dew Point Sensors have been redesigned from ground up, integrating the latest technology and all our experience. The sensors are fully backwards compatible to existing compressed air and gas installations.

The SUTO S220 Dew Point Sensor provides reliable and long-term stable dew point monitoring for compressed air and gases in industrial applications. The sensor has a range of -100 … +20 °C Td. This makes it an ideal choice for dew point measurements in high-tech industries and special conditions, where accordance to the compressed air quality ISO 8573-1 Standards is required.

S230 For Low Dew Point Applications

S231 for Standard Range Applications

Ex Areas Solution

S305 Dew Point Monitor for Desiccant and Fridge Dryers (-60… +20 °C Td / -20 … +50 °C Td)

The SUTO S305 Dew Point Monitor offers a simple and inexpensive dew point monitoring solution, with alarm options. The all-in-one solution serves as a dew point measuring and display device for desiccant and fridge dryers.

Alarm Indications Before It Is Too Late

Refrigeration dryers are among the dryers in compressed air treatment most commonly used. If the required drying is not achieved, the impact of wet air can be serious: Rust in the pipes, failures of machines, and a negative impact on product quality.

The S305 Dew Point Monitor has an optical red backlight which blinks when an alarm is triggered, as well as 2 alarm relays which can be used to connect to alarm lights and sirens to warn when dew points are not within the pre-defined ranges. Two alarm levels can be programmed (pre and main alarm).

S520 Portable Dew Point Meter for Compressed Air and Gases (-100… +20 °C Td / -60… +50 °C Td)

The S520 Portable Dew Point Meter offers users a single hand-held unit to easily perform on-site measurements in compressed air and gas systems. With its state-of-the-art dew point technology, the S520 provides dew point monitoring at the point-of-use. The first steps toward maintaining high standard compressed air quality and purity conditions.

Unique Triple-Sensor System

With the combination of a QCM and a Polymer sensor in a single unit, the user can measure the dew point in a range from -100 °C Td up to +20 °C Td. without having any drawbacks in terms of accuracy. The integrated pressure sensor allows converting the measured value into any humidity value needed, for example ppm(v) or atmospheric dew point.

Dew Point Value Prediction

The S520 Portable Dew Point Meter includes an innovative dew point end value prediction algorithm, which anticipates the final value based on the measurement curve, allowing users to predict it quickly. This feature saves time for on-site engineers, enabling faster dew point audits, and is part of the device’s smart features.
