Compact Design and Flexible Installation
The compact design allows applications in smaller dryers and at the point of use, for the most efficient dew point control. Due to the G1/2” stainless-steel process connection, the S217 OEM Dew Point Transmitter is easy to integrate into the process. The main body is made from high class aluminum alloy with a soft finish. The process connection is a 1.4301 (SUS 304) stainless steel connection, made to last forever.

Unique Triple Sensor
The combination of our highly engineered QCM sensor and the well-known Polymer sensor makes the S220 OEM the first dew point sensor model on the market to measure accurate over the whole range, from -100 °C Td up to +20 °C Td. By fitting an additional pressure sensor into the measurement device, SUTO is combining 3 sensor elements (Polymer, QCM, pressure) into one dew point transmitter.
Various Output Connections
The S220 OEM Dew Point Sensor is available with 2-wire or 3-wire analog 4… 20 mA output signals, in addition to that the models are available with a Modbus/RTU digital interface.

Thermal Mass Flow Technology
The S402 OEM Flow Meter is based on the thermal mass flow measurement principle. Thanks to the technology the sensor doesn’t require compensation with changes in the compressed air pressure and temperature. Therefore, no additional measurement installations are needed.
Moreover, the thermal mass flow sensor technology offers a high resolution and a high sampling rate, which results in a fast and precise measurement. This also makes it well suited to be used in any other gas such as Nitrogen and many other technical gases.

Easy Installation
Installation can be done under pressure through a 1/2“ ball valve, without shutting down the compressed air system, thanks to the insertion type sensor. Various settings such as gas type, flow unit, reference standards, can be set ex-factory according to your needs.
S431 OEM Pitot Tube Compressor Flow Meter (Inline-Sensor)
The S431 OEM Compressor Flow Meter for Wet Air is developed to measure the compressor performance inside or at the outlet of the compressor. The flow meter provides accurate and long-term stable measurements of the compressed air flow directly at the discharge of the compressor. This is supported by the built-in Auto-Calibration, which removes any temperature or aging drift.
Robust Design for OEM Compressor Applications
Due to the robust design, the S431 OEM Flow Meter can withstand high temperatures and vibrations of any industrial OEM application. At temperatures up to 90 °C, other flow meters are likely to fail due to the hot and wet air.
Pitot-Tube Technology
The S431 OEM works on the principle of the pitot tube. This design allows building up a pressure difference (Δ Pressure) with the sensors probe. This is a direct indicator of the air velocity. The mechanical design makes it resistant to water or other contamination in the air flow.
