The SUTO S401 Insertion type, Compressed Air Flow Meter offers an easy to use and affordable compressed air and gas monitoring solution. Due to the wide measurement range and high reliability, the flow meter can be used in various applications.
Thermal Mass Flow Technology
The S401 is a thermal mass flow meter, based on its measurement principle it’s not required to compensate the compressed air pressure and temperature. So, there is no need of any additional temperature and pressure measurements to measure the standard flow and the consumption.
Measurement of Different Gases
The S401 is well suited to be used in any other gases such as Nitrogen, CO2 and many other technical gases with the use of the thermal mass principle. Gas types can be easily switched in the sensor settings with pre-defined gas calibrations for various gases to maintain accuracy. The S401 sensor technology offers a high resolution and a high sampling rate, which results in a fast and precise measurement. The flow meter can save two calibration curves, and so the sensor can be used in two different gases without any loss of accuracy.
Optional Color Display
The optional color display is designed to show all measured values such as actual flow and total consumption. The display can be used to manage the sensor settings like pipe diameters, gas types and output settings.

The SUTO S462 Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Sensor for Water and Other Liquids offers our users a highly economical and easy to install liquid measurement solution. The Flow Sensor is available for pipe sizes from DN10 to DN40. The S462 provides accurate liquid flow and consumption measurement without causing process downtime, pressure loss or contamination of the medium to be measured.
Installation in a Few Minutes
The S462 can be installed in just a few minutes using clamp-on technology. The compact design allows the user to install the sensor even where space is limited.
Various Output Options
The S461 Water Flow Sensor connects to any monitoring system through analog output and/or Modbus/RTU interface. The S462 is also compatible with the displays and data loggers S331 and S551 from SUTO.
OLED Display
Equipped with an OLED display and a keyboard, parameter settings are easily done on the spot. Setting changes can be locked to prevent unwanted modifications. The display direction can be reversed to make it readable in any installation direction.
S462 holds statistics of daily, weekly and monthly consumption over a long period of time, that can be retrieved through the local display or the interface.

S461 Smart Ultrasonic Flow Meter for Water and other Liquids (Clamp-On)
The SUTO S461 Ultrasonic Clamp-On Flow Meter for Water and Other Liquids is an all-in-one solution to provide reliable, cost-efficient and accurate flow and consumption measurements of water and other liquids. Based on the transit time technology, S461 flow meter comes with unique features and outstanding performance.
Easy Clamp-on Installation
The S461 Smart Flow Meter is simply clamped onto the outside of the pipe and never comes in contact with the fluid. With its robust design, the main unit can be installed onto the pipe itself, on the wall or onto a DIN rail. The Flow Meter supports pipe sizes of DN40 … DN1200.
The liquid flow and consumption can be measured in both directions (Bi-directional measurement).
Can Be Used as Portable Version
The S461 is also available as a portable version in a carrying case. This allows the flowmeter to be used flexibly for different measuring locations.
Smart Configuration trough App
The configuration and setups are done through the wireless smartphone app S4C-US which can be downloaded for free from the SUTO website, Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The app allows the user to set up the device as well as read live values, logger configuration and read out logger data. Has the ability to get an instant view of daily, weekly and monthly consumption.
